George Stylianou has over 25 years of experience as a specialist in the planning and design, financial programming, supervising, constructing, commissioning,
inspecting and handover of airports' infrastructure. He has been employed for over 20 years in the Hellenic Air Force as an Airport Infrastructure Engineer Officer, occupied in Public Works' Administration and Human Resources' Management and possessing a high- budget works' constructive experience regarding Airport runways, taxiways and aprons, Maintenance Hangars, Aircraft Shelters, pertinent infrastructure and their compliance with NATO Capability Packages and Airport Approved Criteria and Standards, ICAO –Annex 14 SARPS and Greek State Regulations and Codes.
Mr. Stylianou holds a Bachelor Degree from Hellenic Air Force Academy as an Airport/ Civil Engineer as well as a Bachelor Degree from National Kapodeistrian University as an English Language Teacher/ Trainer. He is an IRCA certified lead auditor of Quality Management (ISO 9001: 2008) and an IEMA lead auditor of Environmental Quality Management (ISO 14001:2004). Prior to joining Airport ACE, Mr. Stylianou was occupied by TÜV Hellas as a QA/ QC Auditor and Technical Due Diligence Conductor for the performance of quality inspections of flexible pavements for commercial motorways, photovoltaic parks and wind turbine installations across Greece.
